Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and BeeGoBox concerning your access to and use of beegobox.com, its account area, earning features, advertiser tools, support services, communications, and any related service made available by BeeGoBox.

These Terms also incorporate any feature-specific instructions, promotion rules, contest rules, withdrawal notices, offer requirements, advertiser policies, Privacy Policy, and other rules displayed on BeeGoBox. When a feature has specific rules, those rules apply together with these Terms. If a direct conflict exists, the more specific rule controls for that feature.

Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You may use BeeGoBox only when all of the following are true:

• You can legally enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You meet the minimum age required by BeeGoBox, applicable law, and each third-party provider you use.
• Your use of BeeGoBox is lawful in the country or territory where you are located.
• You are not prohibited from receiving the relevant service, reward, cryptocurrency, gift card, or payment method.
• You provide accurate information and use BeeGoBox for your own genuine activity.

Unless BeeGoBox expressly confirms otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old. BeeGoBox may restrict countries, regions, devices, payment methods, features, or users when required by law, provider rules, security concerns, sanctions, business availability, or fraud risk.

Account Registration and Security

• You must submit truthful, complete, current, and consistent registration and profile information.
• You must maintain access to the email address connected to your account.
• You are responsible for your password, two-factor authentication, device security, and all activity performed through your account.
• You may not sell, rent, purchase, lend, share, transfer, or trade a BeeGoBox account.
• You must promptly secure your account and contact support after an unfamiliar login, profile change, wallet change, or suspected compromise.

BeeGoBox support will never ask for your password, private key, wallet seed phrase, one-time authentication code, or remote control of your device. You remain responsible for losses caused by voluntarily sharing credentials or approving access for another person, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

One-Account and Household Rules

Each person may create, control, and benefit from only one BeeGoBox account. Duplicate, replacement, hidden, purchased, borrowed, or coordinated accounts are prohibited.

Genuine family or household members may use separate accounts only when each account belongs to a real individual who independently completes activities and uses truthful personal and payment information. BeeGoBox may review accounts that share devices, networks, payment details, wallets, browser fingerprints, identities, or suspiciously coordinated activity.

Creating a second account after a restriction, suspension, rejection, or closure is prohibited unless BeeGoBox gives written permission.

VPNs, Automation and Prohibited Tools

You must not use BeeGoBox with tools or methods intended to conceal, automate, falsify, or manipulate activity, including:

• VPNs, proxies, Tor, private relays, datacenter IP addresses, traffic tunnelling, or location masking.
• Bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators, virtual devices, browser automation, or automated traffic.
• Cookie manipulation, postback manipulation, device spoofing, fingerprint masking, fake traffic, or artificial engagement.
• Multiple browser profiles or environments operated to appear as separate users.
• Any method used to bypass limits, timers, eligibility, fraud systems, country restrictions, or provider requirements.

BeeGoBox may block activity, reverse rewards, hold payouts, request verification, or restrict access when these tools are detected or reasonably suspected.

BGB and the Nature of Rewards

BGB is BeeGoBox's internal reward unit. The current platform conversion is 1,000 BGB = $1.00. BGB is not a cryptocurrency, security, share, investment, bank deposit, electronic-money account, savings product, or promise of future income.

• BGB does not earn interest and is not protected by deposit insurance.
• BGB has no independent market value outside BeeGoBox.
• A displayed balance may include pending, provisional, promotional, restricted, or reversible credits.
• BGB becomes payable only after all applicable requirements, reviews, limits, fees, and verification checks are satisfied.
• BeeGoBox may correct obvious calculation, conversion, display, duplicate-credit, or system errors.

BeeGoBox does not guarantee fixed earnings, daily income, continuous activity availability, or any specific reward amount.

Earning Activities and General Rules

BeeGoBox may offer activities such as offers, surveys, games, PTC ads, shortlinks, faucet claims, Lucky Wheel claims, tasks, Daily Hive rewards, challenges, contests, coupons, referrals, and promotional campaigns.

• You must read and follow every instruction before starting.
• Opening, viewing, installing, registering, purchasing, or completing an activity does not guarantee credit.
• Availability may differ by country, device, profile, previous participation, advertiser targeting, inventory, and partner budget.
• You must use genuine information and complete activities personally.
• You may not repeatedly perform an activity when the provider permits only one participation.
• BeeGoBox may set daily, account, country, device, campaign, or lifetime limits.

Offers and Surveys

Offers and surveys are normally supplied, tracked, and validated by third-party advertisers or offerwall providers. You must satisfy all eligibility, tracking, milestone, quality, purchase, retention, and completion requirements.

• Do not use false answers, stolen information, disposable identities, or misleading details.
• Do not start an activity that you previously completed, installed, registered for, or purchased when the offer requires a new user.
• Do not change device, browser, country, network, or account during completion unless expressly permitted.
• Keep screenshots, receipts, confirmation emails, dates, and transaction references for missing-credit claims.
• Do not immediately repeat an uncredited offer because duplicate attempts may invalidate tracking.

Certain surveys and offers may be held for approximately 24–48 hours or longer while the provider checks quality and possible chargebacks. The provider may approve, reject, reverse, or revoke a completion. BeeGoBox may rely on the provider's tracking and validation data unless clear evidence shows an internal BeeGoBox error.

PTC Ads and Shortlinks

PTC and shortlink rewards require valid, human participation. You must keep the required page or window active, complete timers and checkpoints, follow advertiser instructions, and avoid blocked or manipulated traffic.

• Refreshing, reopening, duplicating, automating, or artificially generating views is prohibited.
• Ad blockers, blocked JavaScript, disabled cookies, aggressive privacy tools, or closing the page early may prevent credit.
• BeeGoBox may reject views generated through incentives or traffic sources not approved for the campaign.
• Advertisers may apply country, device, frequency, and traffic-quality restrictions.

Faucet, Lucky Wheel and Daily Hive

These features are promotional reward mechanisms and may be limited, paused, changed, replaced, or removed.

• The Faucet may provide an initial free claim and then require the displayed amount of eligible BGB activity before it unlocks again.
• The Lucky Wheel is generally limited to one valid claim per daily period, subject to the live page rules.
• Daily Hive rewards require the displayed amount of eligible earnings during the relevant day before a claim is available.
• Eligible Daily Hive sources may include PTC, shortlinks, approved offerwall rewards, Faucet, Wheel, and claimed challenges. Referrals, coupons, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, contests, and administrative credits may be excluded.
• Timers, daily boundaries, claim limits, progress values, and eligible sources shown inside BeeGoBox control.

Tasks, Challenges, Contests and Coupons

Each task, challenge, contest, coupon, or promotion may have separate eligibility requirements, deadlines, limits, proof standards, tie-breakers, reward amounts, expiry dates, and disqualification rules.

• Tasks must be completed exactly as described and may require manual review.
• Challenges count only when the required activity is valid, recorded, and claimed according to the live rules.
• Contest results may depend on valid activity rather than raw quantity. Where stated, referral quality or referral points may decide a tie.
• Coupons are limited, may expire, may have claim caps, and are not guaranteed to be released every day.
• Coupon announcements may be published through BeeGoBox's official Telegram channel.
• Promotional rewards may be reversed when the underlying activity is invalid or later charged back.

Referrals and Commission

The standard referral commission is currently 10% of eligible referral earnings. Custom or upgraded rates may apply to specific users or approved Regional Representatives.

• Commission is generally limited to eligible Offerwall, PTC, and Shortlink earnings unless BeeGoBox states otherwise.
• Faucet, Wheel, coupons, contests, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, administrative credits, and other excluded sources do not generate referral commission.
• Commission is calculated only on valid, approved, and non-reversed referral activity.
• Self-referrals, fake referrals, purchased accounts, account farms, misleading traffic, forced registrations, or coordinated abuse are prohibited.
• You must not promise guaranteed income or make false claims about BeeGoBox.
• Referral attribution may depend on cookies, registration records, device data, and anti-fraud checks.

BeeGoBox may change commission rates prospectively and may reverse commission connected to rejected or charged-back activity.

Regional Representatives

BeeGoBox may approve selected users as Regional Representatives. Current baseline eligibility may include at least one completed withdrawal, five qualifying active referrals, a good-standing account, and any additional checks displayed on the application page.

• Approval is discretionary and is not guaranteed by meeting the minimum requirements.
• Representatives must provide accurate directory information and keep it current.
• Directory publication depends on approved status and visible profile settings.
• Representatives must support members responsibly, communicate honestly, respect local law, and follow BeeGoBox brand guidance.
• Representatives may not impersonate employees, make binding commitments, collect passwords, receive funds for BeeGoBox, or claim authority they do not have.
• Representatives are independent community participants, not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of BeeGoBox.
• Commission may begin at an upgraded rate and may increase up to 25% based on performance, activity, quality, and BeeGoBox approval.
• Benefits, campaigns, materials, events, salary opportunities, and other program advantages are discretionary and not guaranteed.
• Inactivity, misconduct, misleading promotion, abuse, or failure to meet program expectations may result in suspension, revocation, removal from the directory, or commission adjustment.

Gift Cards and Redemption

Eligible users may redeem BGB for available gift cards or digital products. Availability may depend on country, stock, denomination, provider, account status, and verification.

• Gift-card requests may be reviewed before fulfilment.
• Codes are normally final after delivery and may not be replaced when exposed, copied, redeemed, transferred, resold, or used incorrectly.
• Provider terms, expiry dates, geographic restrictions, and account requirements also apply.
• BeeGoBox is not responsible for a provider's refusal caused by country, account, merchant, or redemption restrictions that were disclosed or reasonably discoverable.
• BeeGoBox may substitute, delay, cancel, or refund a redemption to BGB when stock is unavailable or fulfilment fails.

Withdrawals and Payout Methods

Withdrawals are subject to available methods, minimums, fees, wallet requirements, review, account standing, fraud checks, provider availability, and legal compliance.

• Supported methods, coins, networks, fees, limits, and processing times may change.
• BeeGoBox may manually review withdrawals and request verification or supporting information.
• Pending withdrawals are not guaranteed until approved and sent.
• A withdrawal may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or adjusted when the balance contains invalid, pending, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, or restricted rewards.
• You must use a valid receiving address or FaucetPay account that supports the selected asset and network.
• BeeGoBox may apply rate limits, security delays, minimum account-age rules, or withdrawal cooldowns.

The current values displayed on the Withdraw page control if they differ from the values listed above.

Blockchain, Wallet and Network Responsibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. You are solely responsible for confirming the asset, blockchain network, address, memo, tag, FaucetPay account, and wallet compatibility before submitting a withdrawal.

• BeeGoBox cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect, expired, unsupported, incompatible, compromised, or inaccessible destination.
• Network congestion, validator delays, provider outages, wallet maintenance, and blockchain events may delay delivery.
• A transaction shown as completed on the relevant blockchain or payout provider is considered delivered.
• You are responsible for wallet security, seed phrases, private keys, exchange deposit rules, and receiving-account restrictions.
• BeeGoBox does not provide investment, tax, trading, custody, or financial advice.

Deposits, Advertising and Balance Transfers

Deposits and advertiser balances

Deposited funds may be credited to a separate advertising or deposit balance. Unless BeeGoBox expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, deposited advertising funds are intended for purchasing BeeGoBox services and are not withdrawable as user earnings.

Advertising campaigns

• Advertisements must be lawful, accurate, safe, and suitable for the selected audience.
• Malware, phishing, scams, deceptive claims, illegal products, prohibited financial schemes, hate, exploitation, harmful downloads, or rights-infringing content are prohibited.
• BeeGoBox may review, reject, pause, modify, or remove campaigns.
• Invalid traffic, bots, duplicated views, fraudulent interactions, and technical filtering may be excluded from campaign statistics.
• Campaign balances may be returned to the advertising balance rather than refunded externally when a campaign is rejected or stopped.

Balance transfers

User-to-user transfers may be irreversible and are subject to limits, review, account standing, and fraud controls. BeeGoBox is not responsible for transfers voluntarily sent to the wrong user, except where required by law or caused by a confirmed BeeGoBox system error.

Holds, Reviews, Reversals and Chargebacks

Rewards may be pending or provisional until BeeGoBox and the relevant provider complete validation. Holds protect BeeGoBox, advertisers, providers, and genuine members from invalid or reversible activity.

• BeeGoBox may delay access to a reward during a stated review period.
• Providers may later reject or reverse activity because of quality issues, duplicate participation, refunds, cancellations, failed purchases, chargebacks, fraud, or advertiser decisions.
• BeeGoBox may remove the related reward, referral commission, promotion, contest progress, challenge progress, or withdrawal amount.
• If a reversal creates a negative balance, future earnings may be applied to restore the balance before withdrawal.
• BeeGoBox may correct duplicate postbacks, duplicate credits, conversion errors, or technical mistakes.

Fraud Prevention and Investigations

BeeGoBox may use automated and manual risk controls to detect duplicate accounts, identity inconsistencies, device manipulation, unusual traffic, suspicious referrals, payment abuse, offerwall abuse, account takeovers, and other harmful activity.

During a review, BeeGoBox may:

• Request identity, account-ownership, wallet, device, activity, purchase, or payment evidence.
• Temporarily restrict earning, transfers, advertising, redemption, or withdrawals.
• Contact providers or advertisers to verify activity.
• Preserve relevant records as permitted or required by law.
• Reverse rewards connected to invalid or abusive activity.

Failure to cooperate, submission of altered evidence, inconsistent explanations, or attempts to evade review may result in further restrictions or closure.

KYC, Sanctions and Legal Compliance

BeeGoBox may request identity verification, age verification, proof of residence, account-ownership evidence, wallet information, or additional checks before permitting certain features or payouts.

You represent that:

• You are not using BeeGoBox for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.
• You are not a person or entity with whom BeeGoBox or its payment providers are prohibited from dealing.
• You will not use BeeGoBox from a restricted location or on behalf of a prohibited person.
• You will comply with export controls, sanctions, anti-money-laundering rules, and other laws that apply to you.

BeeGoBox may refuse, block, freeze, report, or retain activity when required by law, legal process, sanctions obligations, payment-provider requirements, or a competent authority.

Taxes and Reporting

You are responsible for determining and paying any tax, duty, social contribution, reporting obligation, or other governmental charge arising from rewards, referrals, gift cards, cryptocurrency, advertising, or other BeeGoBox activity.

BeeGoBox may request tax information, issue reports, withhold amounts, or disclose records when required by law. BeeGoBox does not provide tax advice.

Third-Party Services and Content

BeeGoBox integrates or links to third-party offerwalls, survey providers, advertisers, games, wallets, blockchains, payment processors, FaucetPay, exchanges, merchants, social networks, analytics services, and other external services.

• Third parties have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, support processes, and technical systems.
• BeeGoBox does not control their availability, content, tracking, decisions, products, security, or legal compliance.
• Your dispute concerning a third-party product, purchase, survey, account, subscription, or service may need to be resolved directly with that provider.
• A link or integration does not mean BeeGoBox endorses every statement, product, or service offered by the third party.

User Content, Reviews and Endorsements

When you submit text, screenshots, profile information, directory information, support content, social posts, reviews, promotional content, or other material, you must have the right to provide it and it must be truthful, lawful, and non-infringing.

• Do not submit fake, copied, purchased, manipulated, misleading, or duplicate reviews.
• Do not claim earnings or results that are not genuine and typical for your own experience.
• When you receive BGB, commission, benefits, free access, or another incentive connected to a post, review, or endorsement, you must make any legally required disclosure clearly and prominently.
• BeeGoBox will not require a positive opinion as a condition of a genuine review reward. Reviews must reflect the user's honest experience.
• You must respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, and publicity rights.

You grant BeeGoBox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute content you intentionally submit for operation, moderation, support, directory, promotion, and improvement of the platform. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful archives, backups, fraud records, completed publications, and content BeeGoBox must retain.

Intellectual Property

BeeGoBox's name, logo, mascot, visual identity, software, interface, design, text, graphics, databases, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to BeeGoBox and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not, without written permission:

• Copy, sell, license, scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected BeeGoBox material.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, probe, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Register confusingly similar names, domains, social accounts, logos, or applications.
• Present yourself as BeeGoBox, an employee, or an authorised operator.

Privacy, Cookies and Communications

BeeGoBox processes personal and technical information as described in its Privacy Policy. This may include account data, device and network data, activity records, referral data, provider records, support communications, wallet or payout details, fraud signals, and legally required information.

You agree to receive operational communications needed to run your account, including verification, security, reward, withdrawal, support, policy, and service notices. Marketing communications may be controlled where applicable.

Cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies may be used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, referral tracking, and offer tracking, subject to applicable law and BeeGoBox's Privacy Policy.

Suspension, Termination and Account Closure

BeeGoBox may warn, limit, suspend, investigate, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, advertisers, providers, or legal compliance.

Possible consequences include:

• Removal of invalid, duplicated, reversed, fraudulent, or prohibited rewards.
• Cancellation or adjustment of pending withdrawals, redemptions, commissions, contest entries, or promotional rewards connected to a breach.
• Restriction of future registrations, devices, wallets, payment methods, or networks.
• Removal from the Regional Representatives program or directory.
• Preservation of records and cooperation with providers, payment services, or authorities when lawful.

You may stop using BeeGoBox and request account closure through the available account or support process. Closure does not erase obligations, completed transactions, fraud records, legal retention duties, or terms that by their nature must survive.

Service Changes, Availability and Errors

BeeGoBox may update, test, pause, discontinue, replace, or change any feature, provider, reward, rate, fee, limit, design, eligibility rule, campaign, withdrawal method, or service.

• Maintenance, outages, provider failures, internet problems, blockchain events, attacks, bugs, and circumstances outside BeeGoBox's control may interrupt service.
• BeeGoBox does not guarantee that every activity will track, credit, remain available, or produce a reward.
• Obvious pricing, reward, balance, conversion, display, or system errors may be corrected.
• BeeGoBox may preserve previously earned valid rewards where reasonably possible, but future feature availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeeGoBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BeeGoBox does not make warranties that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
• Any activity, provider, advertisement, product, survey, game, or third-party service will be available, accurate, safe, or suitable.
• You will earn a particular amount or receive continuous opportunities.
• A provider will approve a completion or that a reward will never be reversed.
• A cryptocurrency, gift card, wallet, merchant, exchange, or payment provider will retain value or remain available.

Nothing on BeeGoBox is financial, investment, legal, tax, employment, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeGoBox and its operators, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost opportunities; lost data; lost rewards; business interruption; or losses resulting from:

• Third-party tracking, rejection, reversal, chargeback, content, products, or decisions.
• Incorrect wallet details, network selection, account credentials, transfers, or user instructions.
• Account compromise caused by user conduct or an external service.
• Downtime, delays, maintenance, cyberattacks, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control.
• Restrictions, suspension, or removal of invalid rewards made in accordance with these Terms.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, BeeGoBox's aggregate liability for a claim will be limited to the greater of the amount BeeGoBox directly owed you for valid, approved, undisputed rewards at the time of the event or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other mandatory statutory rights where applicable.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeeGoBox and its operators, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your unlawful use of BeeGoBox.
• Your breach of these Terms or third-party rules.
• Your advertising, user content, referrals, endorsements, or representations.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Taxes, charges, disputes, or obligations connected to your activity.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by BeeGoBox's own unlawful conduct.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or waive a consumer right, remedy, guarantee, cancellation right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to you.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law applies to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Complaints, Disputes and Governing Law

Before starting formal proceedings, you should submit one clear support request that identifies your account, the relevant feature, date, amount, transaction or activity reference, evidence, and the resolution requested. BeeGoBox will have a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BeeGoBox's operating entity, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Any dispute not resolved through support will be submitted to the competent courts or dispute-resolution body determined by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief, reporting fraud, cooperating with authorities, or using a mandatory consumer dispute mechanism.

Changes to These Terms

BeeGoBox may update these Terms to reflect service changes, new features, provider requirements, security practices, legal obligations, or operational needs.

The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, account notice, or official channel where reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires another form of consent.

Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning BeeGoBox use.
• Severability: If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or account. BeeGoBox may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful reorganisation, sale, merger, or service transfer.
• Headings: Section headings are for convenience and do not limit meaning.
• Survival: Provisions concerning reversals, intellectual property, liability, disputes, taxes, investigations, and legal compliance survive account closure where applicable.
• Language: Translations may be provided for convenience. The English version controls to the extent permitted by law if translations conflict.
