Getting Started
BeeGoBox basics, BGB value, earning methods, and first steps.
BeeGoBox is a crypto-rewards platform where eligible members can earn BGB by completing available activities such as offers, surveys, PTC ads, shortlinks, faucet claims, tasks, challenges, referrals, contests, and promotional events.
Availability can differ by country, device, profile, advertiser, and earning partner.
BGB is the internal reward unit used on BeeGoBox. The platform conversion is 1,000 BGB = $1.00.
BGB is an internal rewards balance. It is not an investment product, bank deposit, or guaranteed source of income.
Offers and surveys from available partners.
PTC advertisements and shortlinks.
Faucet claims and the daily Lucky Wheel.
Approved tasks and claimed challenges.
Eligible referral commissions.
Contests, coupons, Daily Hive rewards, and promotional bonuses when available.
Always read the instructions before starting. Opening an activity does not guarantee that it will qualify or credit.
No. BeeGoBox does not guarantee fixed income, a specific daily amount, unlimited activities, or permanent availability of any earning method.
Earnings depend on your location, device, eligibility, partner targeting, valid completion, limits, advertiser budgets, and your participation.
Offers and surveys are personalised by factors such as country, device, profile, previous participation, advertiser targeting, remaining budget, and partner eligibility checks.
BeeGoBox is intended for real individual users who can legally participate in online reward activities in their location and who meet any age or eligibility rules required by BeeGoBox or its partners.
Some activities may have additional country, device, age, demographic, or identity requirements. Never provide false information to qualify.
Yes. Rewards, limits, partner availability, withdrawal methods, fees, campaigns, and promotional features may be updated for financial, security, technical, or partner reasons.
The current value shown on the relevant BeeGoBox page is the value that applies when you use that feature.
Account & Security
One-account rules, verification, VPN restrictions, and account protection.
No. Each person may use only one BeeGoBox account. Creating, buying, sharing, controlling, or operating multiple accounts can lead to restriction, suspension, reward reversal, balance removal, and withdrawal cancellation.
Do not create a replacement account when your original account has an issue. Contact support instead.
No. VPNs, proxies, Tor, private relays, datacenter IPs, emulators, bots, scripts, traffic masking, and similar tools are not allowed for earning activity.
They can break tracking, create location conflicts, violate advertiser rules, and trigger BeeGoBox fraud protection.
Real family members may use BeeGoBox only as separate genuine users with their own identity, honest activity, and preferably their own device and payment information.
Accounts may be reviewed when activity suggests that one person controls several accounts, devices are repeatedly shared, payment details are duplicated, or self-referral abuse is suspected.
Verification helps protect account access, reduce fraud, confirm genuine ownership, and support withdrawal review. Some actions may remain unavailable until required verification is completed.
Yes. Two-factor authentication adds another protection layer if someone learns your password.
BeeGoBox support will never ask for your password, authentication code, private key, wallet seed phrase, or remote access to your device.
Change your BeeGoBox password immediately.
Secure the email account connected to BeeGoBox.
Enable or review two-factor authentication.
Check wallet and profile details.
Create one support ticket with the approximate time and evidence.
Restrictions may result from multiple accounts, VPN or proxy use, automated activity, suspicious traffic, false information, payment abuse, offerwall abuse, unusual device behaviour, or another security concern.
If you believe the decision is incorrect, create one clear ticket. Do not create a second account or repeatedly open duplicate tickets.
Offers & Surveys
Tracking, pending rewards, missing credits, disqualifications, and reversals.
A required step or milestone was not completed.
The app or service was previously installed or used.
Cookies, tracking, redirects, or JavaScript were blocked.
The browser, device, or network changed during completion.
The activity was completed outside the required country or device.
The advertiser detected duplicate, inconsistent, or invalid information.
The reward is still pending or was rejected by the partner.
Final offer validation may belong to the advertiser or offerwall provider.
Read every requirement and reward milestone.
Confirm the supported country and device.
Disable VPNs, private relays, proxies, and ad blockers.
Allow cookies, redirects, and JavaScript.
Start only through the BeeGoBox partner link.
Do not switch devices, browsers, or accounts unless permitted.
Keep screenshots, receipts, and confirmation emails.
Some activities credit quickly while others require delayed advertiser validation. Check the offer instructions and the partner's support information first.
Do not immediately repeat the offer because duplicate attempts can reduce the chance of approval.
Offerwall or partner name.
Exact offer or survey name.
Date and approximate start and completion time.
Device, operating system, and browser.
The milestone reached.
Screenshots, receipts, confirmation emails, or in-app proof.
Any partner ticket or reference number.
Proof improves the investigation but does not guarantee approval.
Pending means the completion has been recorded but has not received final approval. The advertiser may be checking installation, purchase, retention, identity, chargeback risk, or another milestone.
A pending reward may later be approved, rejected, or reversed.
A reward can be reversed when an advertiser later marks it invalid because of false or inconsistent information, duplicate completion, previous installation, VPN or emulator use, a refund, cancellation, chargeback, failed purchase, or failure to maintain a required milestone.
The related BGB and referral commission may be removed, and affected withdrawals may be reviewed.
Survey providers target specific demographic groups. Your age, location, work, household, interests, or previous answers may not match the research requirements.
Answer honestly and consistently. Random, rushed, copied, or contradictory answers can lead to rejection or account restrictions.
Usually no, unless the offer clearly says it is repeatable. Many app, signup, trial, and purchase offers are limited to one completion per person, device, household, or payment method.
An advertiser may pause a campaign, finish its budget, change targeting, remove a country, limit a device, or determine that you are no longer eligible. Previous visibility does not guarantee future availability.
PTC Ads & Shortlinks
Timers, browser requirements, valid traffic, and completion rules.
PTC means Paid To Click. Members earn by opening an approved advertiser page, keeping the required view active for the displayed time, and completing any confirmation step honestly.
The timer may stop when the required tab loses focus, the page is hidden, JavaScript is blocked, the browser sleeps, the page closes early, or the connection is interrupted.
Keep the required page open and visible until completion.
No. PTC views must be completed manually. Auto-clickers, scripts, hidden windows, simultaneous manipulation, virtual traffic, and fake viewing can lead to reward removal and account restriction.
Shortlinks are guided external flows that require you to follow the displayed pages and return through the correct completion route. The number of pages, waiting periods, and daily limits can vary.
Common reasons include blocked cookies, an ad blocker, a VPN or proxy, skipped pages, closing the browser, incorrect return navigation, a reached daily limit, or provider rejection.
Yes. Ad blockers, privacy extensions, script blockers, strict cookie settings, and DNS filtering can prevent PTC ads, offers, shortlinks, captchas, and tracking from working correctly.
No. Private browsing can block or delete cookies and tracking data required for offers and shortlinks. Use one normal browser profile with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
Your first Faucet claim is free. After that claim, the Faucet becomes locked until you collect the amount of BGB displayed on the Faucet page through eligible BeeGoBox activity.
Once the displayed requirement is reached, the Faucet unlocks again. This system helps protect the platform's finances and long-term sustainability.
The Faucet is paused for your account because the next unlock requirement has not yet been completed. Check the Faucet page to see the exact BGB amount still required.
This is not an account ban and does not remove your other earning features.
The Lucky Wheel is available once per day, subject to the active platform rules. A spin does not guarantee a specific reward.
No. Requests designed to repeat, automate, replay, or interfere with a Wheel result are prohibited and may lead to reward removal or account review.
Tasks contain specific instructions and may require text, screenshots, links, or other proof. Submit only genuine work that follows every requirement.
Incomplete, copied, duplicate, misleading, or unverifiable submissions can be rejected.
Pending means the submission has not received a final review. Review time depends on task volume, proof quality, verification requirements, and the responsible reviewer.
Challenges track daily or one-time goals. When the required progress is complete, the challenge becomes claimable. You must use the claim action before the reward is added.
Daily challenges reset according to the platform day and may need to be completed again after reset. One-time challenges are designed to be completed and claimed once.
To unlock the Daily Hive reward, you must earn at least $0.50 in eligible activity during the current day.
Eligible activity includes PTC, Shortlinks, approved Offerwalls, Faucet, Wheel, and claimed Challenges. Referrals, coupons, contests, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, admin credits, and the Daily Hive reward itself do not count toward the requirement.
Each contest has its own dates, leaderboard, eligibility, activity, and reward rules. Only qualifying activity completed during the contest period counts.
Fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, or disqualified activity may be removed before winners are confirmed.
An active coupon code can provide BGB when it is valid, within its claim limit, not expired, and eligible for your account. A code may be limited to one use per member.
Coupon codes are often shared through the official BeeGoBox Telegram channel: @BeeGoBox.
Coupons are commonly released daily, but BeeGoBox may skip some days for internal, operational, financial, or campaign reasons. A daily coupon is not guaranteed.
BeeGoBox may occasionally provide event rewards, streak rewards, promotional coupons, campaign bonuses, or other incentives. Each promotion can have separate requirements, limits, availability, and expiry rules.
Promotional rewards are not guaranteed to remain permanently available.
Referrals
The 10% standard rate, eligible sources, attribution, promotion, and prohibited activity.
The standard BeeGoBox referral commission is 10% for eligible referral activity.
The rate shown in your account is the rate currently assigned to you and may be upgraded for approved Regional Representatives or special arrangements.
Referral commission is earned from eligible approved activity in:
Offerwalls and surveys.
PTC advertisements.
Shortlinks.
Faucet, Wheel, coupons, contests, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, Daily Hive rewards, and other excluded sources do not pay referral commission.
Attribution may fail when the person did not use your link, cookies were blocked or deleted, another referral link was used, the account already existed, registration happened on another device, or attribution data expired.
Creating accounts for yourself.
Using controlled, rented, purchased, or fake accounts.
Self-referral or one person operating several referrals.
Bots, spam, forced clicks, fake traffic, or misleading income claims.
Repeated use of the same identity, device, or payment details.
The underlying reward may have been pending, rejected, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, or excluded from referral commission. When the original reward is reversed, the related referral commission may also be reversed.
Yes, through legitimate channels that allow referral links. Do not use spam, impersonation, automated traffic, fake claims, prohibited traffic, or promises of guaranteed earnings.
A referral becomes qualified after completing at least one eligible BeeGoBox activity while the account remains genuine and in good standing. You need at least five qualified referrals to apply for the Regional Representative Program.
Regional Representatives
Eligibility, directory profiles, duties, benefits, and commission upgrades up to 25%.
The program connects BeeGoBox with trusted local leaders who understand their country, language, and community. Representatives help members find official information, support responsible growth, share regional feedback, and introduce BeeGoBox locally.
At least one completed withdrawal.
At least five active referrals, each with at least one eligible activity.
An account in good standing.
No blocking pending application or reapplication restriction.
No. Eligibility unlocks the application form. BeeGoBox still reviews accuracy, trust, communication quality, regional fit, account history, and potential community value.
The standard referral rate is 10%. Approved representatives can begin with an upgraded rate, commonly 12% after activation.
Strong representatives may receive further increases based on genuine contribution and performance, up to 25%. Increases are reviewed and are not automatic.
Priority support and early program updates.
Enhanced referral rewards.
Official promotional resources and campaign materials.
Priority access to selected new features and opportunities.
Greater consideration for ideas and regional feedback.
Possible campaign fees, monthly roles, or future full-time opportunities for outstanding contributors.
Approval does not guarantee employment, salary, travel, or a paid project.
Representatives should remain active, welcome members, share accurate official information, help the local community, promote responsibly, bring genuine users, provide useful feedback, and keep their directory information current.
No. Representatives cannot access passwords, balances, verification codes, wallets, withdrawals, private support records, or account controls. They must never request user funds, private keys, seed phrases, or remote access.
Long inactivity, repeated unavailability, loss of good account standing, misleading promotion, or no meaningful contribution can lead to suspension or removal from the program.
Saving changes sends the profile back to Pending review. The profile is temporarily hidden from the directory until the update is approved again.
Withdrawals & Gift Cards
Crypto and FaucetPay minimums, fees, networks, manual review, and gift-card redemption.
The minimum direct crypto withdrawal is 2,000 BGB, equal to $2.00.
Each direct crypto withdrawal has a fixed fee of 300 BGB. Make sure your balance covers both the requested withdrawal amount and the fee shown on the Withdraw page.
The minimum FaucetPay withdrawal is 100 BGB, equal to $0.10, with no BeeGoBox withdrawal fee.
The currently available direct methods include Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDC on Solana, Solana, BNB, and USDT on BEP20.
Always choose the exact coin and network shown on the Withdraw page because availability may change.
Current FaucetPay options include BTC, BNB, ETH, Dogecoin, USDT, Litecoin, and Solana.
Use the FaucetPay email linked to your FaucetPay account and confirm the selected currency before submitting.
BeeGoBox withdrawals are reviewed manually. The team may check account activity, reward validity, wallet details, verification, fraud signals, pending partner activity, and reversals before approval.
Processing time depends on manual review, security checks, partner validation, payment method, support workload, and blockchain conditions. BeeGoBox aims to process valid requests as soon as reasonably possible but does not guarantee an exact time.
Incorrect or unsupported wallet or FaucetPay details.
Insufficient balance after fees or adjustments.
Unresolved verification or security review.
VPN, multiple-account, bot, fake-traffic, or rule violations.
Pending, rejected, or reversed partner rewards.
Use the exact coin and network displayed for the selected method. A valid-looking address can still belong to an incompatible network.
For example, USDT BEP20 must be received by a wallet that supports USDT on BNB Smart Chain.
Contact support immediately while the request is still pending. A change is not guaranteed and may require cancellation or additional review.
After a blockchain payment is sent, it cannot be redirected or reversed.
No. Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible after they are sent. BeeGoBox cannot recover or redirect funds sent to an incorrect, incompatible, expired, or unsupported address supplied by the user.
Always verify the coin, network, and receiving address before confirming.
Pending means the request has not reached a final decision. It may be waiting for manual review, reward validation, security checks, payment preparation, or blockchain processing.
Opening repeated tickets does not speed up the review.
The Gift Cards page shows the rewards currently available to your account. Each item can have its own BGB price, inventory, region, denomination, delivery method, and review status.
Inventory, supported regions, denominations, and providers can change. A reward may be paused because of stock limits, provider maintenance, region restrictions, price changes, or internal review.
Contact support immediately if the request is still pending. Cancellation is not guaranteed. After a code, voucher, or fulfilment is issued, the redemption may be final and non-refundable.
Deposits, Advertising & Transfers
Deposit balance, campaigns, advertiser reviews, and balance transfers.
Deposits add funds to the separate available deposit balance. Deposit balance is generally used for supported advertiser services and is not the same as earned BGB.
A deposit may be waiting for blockchain confirmations, provider confirmation, reference matching, manual review, or verification of the selected payment method.
Create a support ticket immediately with the transaction hash, amount, coin, network, sending address, receiving address, and screenshots. Recovery may be impossible for unsupported networks or incorrect addresses.
Use the available Advertise pages to create a supported campaign, provide the destination and content, select the campaign settings, and fund it from eligible deposit balance.
Campaigns may be reviewed for destination safety, accuracy, malware, redirects, prohibited content, misleading claims, legal compliance, and platform suitability.
A campaign may have reached its view limit, used its budget, been paused, failed review, encountered a broken destination, or become unavailable under the current campaign settings.
Transfer Balance allows eligible account balance to be sent under the rules shown on the page. Verify the recipient and amount carefully because completed transfers may be final.
Contact support immediately, but reversal is not guaranteed—especially when the recipient has already used or moved the balance.
History, Statuses & Support
Record statuses, balance differences, tickets, Sophie Bee Support, and troubleshooting.
Use the relevant history page for each feature. Records may include the amount, internal record ID, provider, transaction reference, status, date, and review result.
Pending means a record exists but has not received a final result. It may require advertiser validation, manual review, payment confirmation, security checks, or another processing step.
Approved or Completed generally means that the feature accepted the activity or request. Crypto payments may still depend on blockchain broadcast and network confirmation.
Rejected means the activity or request did not pass the applicable requirements or review. The reason may relate to eligibility, proof, tracking, payment details, security, partner rules, or platform policy.
Reversed means a reward that was previously recorded or credited was removed after later advertiser or partner validation. A reversal can reduce your balance and affect pending withdrawals or referral commissions.
Your balance may include claims, fees, transfers, withdrawals, reversals, pending records, deposit-balance separation, and other adjustments. Adding only one history category may not reproduce the current balance.
